1. General Policy

Aatmasamman Foundation receives voluntary contributions and participation requests in support of its rehabilitation work, Annadan Seva and other documented social initiatives. Where a cancellation facility is applicable, requests will be considered according to the nature and current status of the relevant transaction, booking or recurring contribution.

2. Donation Cancellation

Donors are encouraged to carefully review the selected amount, contribution purpose and payment details before completing a transaction. If a payment has already been successfully processed, any related request should be submitted to the Foundation for review.

Where the matter relates to an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorised transaction, it will be handled according to the applicable Refund Policy.

3. Recurring Donation Cancellation

Where monthly or recurring donation facilities are available, donors may have the option to pause or cancel future recurring contributions through the available payment or subscription facility.

Cancellation of a recurring contribution will apply to future scheduled payments according to the applicable payment provider process. Payments already processed will be handled separately under the relevant refund conditions.

4. Annadan Booking Cancellation

Where Annadan booking facilities are available, cancellation requests may be submitted for review. Annadan bookings may involve selected dates, meal slots and payment confirmation and therefore cancellation will depend on the status of the booking at the time the request is received.

The Foundation may review the booking details before confirming whether cancellation or any further action is applicable.

5. Cancellation Request Details

To help identify and review a cancellation request, please provide complete and accurate information related to the transaction or booking.

• Full name
• Contact number
• Transaction or booking reference
• Date of transaction or booking
• Amount paid where applicable
• Reason for the cancellation request

6. Review of Requests

Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the information submitted and the status of the relevant payment, recurring contribution or Annadan booking. Submission of a request does not automatically confirm cancellation.

Where third party payment platforms are involved, certain actions may also depend on their applicable processing procedures.

7. Changes to This Policy

Aatmasamman Foundation may update this Cancellation Policy when required to reflect changes in website functionality, payment facilities, booking processes or organisational requirements. The latest version will be available on the official website.
